What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a leader who can:

• Support all children to deepen their understanding of what it is to be their ‘best me.’
• Lead, equip and support staff to deliver the best teaching for the children.
• Show experience of leading at a whole school level with a clear understanding of how to secure first class opportunities to develop children.
• Demonstrate a clear strategic vision and problem solving to ensure that the primary phase continues to thrive and grow.
