Lea Manor High School is seeking to recruit a talented, dynamic and ambitious Assistant Headteacher. The successful candidate needs to be an inspirational, motivated and committed leader, with the ability to support us on the next chapter of our journey of excellence.
We are looking for someone who can lead us with care, compassion and conviction, and be an integral part of our community. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to the future of the pupils at Lea Manor High School.
The role will provide professional leadership and management for the academy in line with our vision, mission and values and to ensure continued improvement and success through high quality education which inspires and motivates in order to secure excellent education for all our pupils.
