We seek an Assistant Head – SEND and Inclusion to join our dynamic senior leadership team and drive outstanding provision for students with additional needs. Discover our commitment to SEND and Inclusion here

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SENCO or senior leader to make a real impact in a forward-thinking school. As SENDCO and a member of the senior leadership team you will lead whole school Inclusion and our SEND strategy, unlocking barriers for all children with SEND and children from under-resourced backgrounds. You will be responsible for whole school strategy such as the student advocate initiative and a large team of teaching assistants, learning mentors and specialist staff. You will lead with kindness, innovation and a total commitment to achieving zero gaps for our most vulnerable learners.
