You will be:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with a clear evidence base demonstrating the impact of your leadership on teaching quality and pupil outcomes.
  • Experienced in leading a core subject and in driving a whole-school improvement initiative with demonstrable impact.
  • Able to demonstrate how your communication and vision have improved staff practice and school culture.
  • Able to evidence improved outcomes for all pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Able to point to specific, measurable improvements achieved through school improvements achieved through school improvement initiatives you have led.
  • Committed to evidence-informed practice and able to model and lead a coaching approach to professional development that grows teachers at all career stages.
  • Ambitious for your own professional development, with a clear aspiration toward headship and the commitment to develop yourself alongside the staff you lead.
  • Deeply committed to our Christian ethos and values.
