Assistant Headteacher: Sixth Form job summary

If successful, you will join our Senior Leadership Team of eight permanent members and three associates. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who will make an impact on our Sixth Form by leading and monitoring the provision to ensure that students are well motivated and achieve their personal goals.

In addition to those professional responsibilities common to all classroom teachers, assistant headteachers play a full part in the management of the school to ensure a clear sense of direction from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school’s work.

Applications are invited from teachers who already hold (or have held) a senior leadership position in a secondary school.
