We are looking for an Assistant Head teacher who:
• Has the appropriate skills and experience to support the
Headteacher with the strategic direction of the school
• Is an outstanding classroom teacher who leads by example
• Has a proven record of raising standards across the school
• Has high expectations of children’s achievement and progress
• Can lead and motivate staff
• Will further develop the Christian Ethos of the school
• Has a passion for teaching and learning
