We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic and highly motivated leader to join our senior team and play a key role in shaping the future of our school.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers to drive whole-school improvement, champion high-quality teaching and learning, and ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.

About the Role

You will lead on key whole-school priorities, including curriculum quality, staff development, and raising achievement for all learners. You will inspire and develop staff, oversee strategic initiatives such as CPD and pupil premium provision, and ensure a culture of excellence, collaboration and high expectations.
