What skills and experience we're looking for

• Strengthen high‑quality, inclusive teaching and learning for all students including Pupil Premium and SEND students.
• Champion metacognitive and self‑regulation approaches across the curriculum
• Drive a whole‑school approach to literacy, supporting staff to embed effective strategies for Writing, Oracy, Reading Development.
• Make an active contribution as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to the leadership and management of the school
