We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to lead teaching and learning across the school.
You will have a track record of effective middle or senior leadership and will be able to show the successful impact of your work. You will possess the academic confidence, subject expertise and personal capacity to lead significant change at a whole school level, and aspire to excellence. You will have expert knowledge of evidence informed teaching and show an understanding of how students learn deeply and durably. You will inspire and motivate staff to develop their practice.
