Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning) job summary

We are seeking an exceptional person to join our Senior Leadership team as our new Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle leader (or current senior leader) to make a significant difference to amazing young people. You must be an outstanding teacher and be able to demonstrate how you have improved the practice of others in previous roles. You will be line managing the STEM subjects (maths, science, computer science, business studies, DT and languages). Many of these departments consist of just one teacher (the exception being the core subjects), in our growing school. You will work closely alongside another AHT who line manages the arts subjects.

Salary: L5-L10

Seva is a young school; open since 2014, it is Coventry's only all through school (from reception to year 11) and Coventry's only Sikh Faith School.
