About this Role

In support of the leadership team, lead on the strategic direction, development and promotion of inclusive practices and culture. This includes safeguarding, throughout the school. The role involves organising provision, monitoring impact and ensuring this is suitable for your cohort. You will support school policies and procedures, analysing pupil assessment data to ensure early identification and intervention is in place and impactful allowing high quality outcomes for all groups of learners and specifically pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL); Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Pupil Premium and other vulnerable children.

This role requires you to be class based for two and a half days.
