What skills and experience we're looking for

The Blue Coat School is inviting applications for an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated and highly motivated leadership team.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership and management skills. They will bring fresh approaches to inspire and motivate others so that we can continue to improve SEND provision in all areas of school and ensure our students are offered the best opportunities to maximise their development and outcomes.

The role is suitable for experienced, qualified SENDCOs and also for those who are not currently qualified but willing to gain the qualification as support will be given.
