What skills and experience we're looking for

  • assist the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in the day to day operational management of the school
  • take a leading role in strategic decision making and policy development across the school
  • assist in the promotion, direction, and oversight of high standards of teaching and learning
  • provide leadership, support and direction for Key Stage 2, ensuring achievement and progression for all pupils
  • help shape and deliver a shared vision for the future and who will take an effective lead on Teaching and Learning
  • support the professional development and performance management of staff
  • show commitment to your own professional development and have a desire to undertake additional higher level qualifications, such as the NPQ programme

We are a successful Primary School on the edge of Windsor and Maidenhead, bordering onto Surrey. As a school we are fortunate to have wonderful facilities such as a large field, Eco Area, updated ICT suite and heated swimming pool.
