What skills and experience we're looking for

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner

academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a flexible, hardworking and conscientious ICT technician to join our evolving

organisation.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable team player, capable of working independently under the

guidance of the Senior ICT Technician and other senior staff. You will be at the heart of our school's technological and

digital presence, providing crucial support across a variety of areas. Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive technical support to all staff and students, responding to tickets and assisting with the

installation and maintenance of hardware, software and audio-visual equipment

• Maintaining and enhancing the school's digital footprint by regularly updating the website and social media channels

with engaging news, events and student achievements

• Conducting routine maintenance of IT and AV equipment to ensure a safe and reliable learning environment for

everyone in our school community

• Actively participating in the wider school community, which includes assisting with staff training, supporting school

events and even helping to run our popular gaming club

If you have a passion for excellence and share our vision, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of a successful and

progressive Trust, which is committed to ensuring learning is at the heart of all we do.
