You will work under the guidance of the Local Network Manager and Head of School to provide specialist support in all aspects relating to the care and maintenance of ICT resources (hardware, software, audio-visual, computer-linked, computer-related, photocopying and telephone equipment). You will trouble shoot various peripheral device issues and assist with IT helpdesk duties.

You will be employed on a fixed term contract directly linked to an apprenticeship programme. You will be paid on the national minimum wage, apprentice rate. Apprentices are entitled to the minimum wage for their age if they both:

  • are aged 19 or over
  • have completed the first year of their apprenticeship
  • The rates change every April.
