The Role:
Support student wellbeing, champion safeguarding, and build strong relationships with students, families, and staff. As Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you’ll help remove barriers to learning and ensure every child’s voice truly matters.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience in pastoral care or safeguarding
✔ Believes in trauma-informed, child-centred practice
✔ Builds trusting, respectful relationships
