Assistant Principal job summary
Baylis Court School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls aged 11-18 in Slough, Berkshire. We are seeking to appoint, from September 2022, an exceptional Assistant Principal, to join our fantastic community.

The role of Assistant Principal at Baylis Court School is one which requires the successful candidate to provide clear leadership, challenge and support for colleagues. This must be carried out in a way that is professional, carried out with integrity and motivational for all members of the community.
We will appoint a leader who will use their knowledge, skills and experience to improve provision for all students at Baylis Court School. While specific areas of responsibility for this role will be determined on appointment and is dependent on the successful applicants’ talents and interests, the new Assistant Principal at Baylis Court School will quality assure several aspects of the school’s work as part of the senior leadership team. The role of the Assistant Principal involved direct contribution to school self-evaluation and also drive improvement in specific areas of the school development plan.
The person appointed will be given full support in their career development as we believe that development of staff is a key aspect in raising standards for our students.
