This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to play a key part in shaping inclusive and safe education across the Academy.
As Assistant Principal (Vulnerable Groups), the successful candidate will work closely with the Head of School and wider leadership team to provide strategic oversight of the safeguarding arrangements across the Academy, ensuring that safeguarding is embedded in every aspect of school life and that a strong culture of vigilance and care is maintained.
The post holder will take on the responsibilities of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), leading on child protection, staff training, and multi-agency working to safeguard all pupils.
