Assistant Principal (Inclusion) job summary
We are looking for an exceptional leader, who is an outstanding classroom practitioner, has a positive track record of significant impact in an outside of the classroom, has management experience and is able to lead on inclusion. To define and maintain Charnwood College standards (The Charnwood Way) in inclusion and alternative provision by identifying, scrutinising and reviewing.

Charnwood College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 academy with sixth form, situated in the west of Loughborough in Leicestershire. The academy is part of the David Ross Education Trust and is governed by a Local Governing Body.
The secondary academy has expressive arts facilities which include a dedicated music suite and dance and drama studio. In addition, its sports facilities include a floodlit, all-weather 3G sports pitch, a new sports centre, a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, a gym, a fitness suite, and extensive playing fields.
