What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an Assistant Principal (Inclusion) who is forward thinking, positive and innovative. You will have a passion for inclusive practice, coupled with personal qualities of warmth, empathy and kindness.

This is a non-class based role with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Inclusion such as provision for children with additional needs including; SEND, EAL, Pupil Premium and Children in Care.

Working as part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust (TEFAT), you will have access to support and coaching from the West Midlands SEND Regional Lead who knows our school well. Trust Directors are also supportive and solution focussed. You will have regular opportunities to work with colleagues across the West Midlands as well as colleagues nationally. You will be able to attend regional and national meetings and be inspired to learn something new.

Rounds Green Primary School is a larger than average, two-form entry primary school welcoming around 390 children from Nursery to Year 6.
We are situated in an urban area but the front of our school can be deceiving! Hidden at the back is a large field and a forest which provides both space and a learning resource for our children.
We joined The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust in August 2022 and work collaboratively as a family of schools across 3 regions; West Midlands, London and East Anglia.
