Your opportunity to help lead a specialist SEMH provision where every staff member is proud to support students to develop a sense of self, sense of place and sense of community:

Cabot Learning Federation is seeking to appoint an individual to help lead Lime Hills Academy, a welcoming school with a strong community of students and staff. This role will involve working alongside other specialists and alternative provision leaders to support children with an EHCP in improving their educational outcomes and staying engaged in learning through tailored facilities and programmes.

Lime Hills is a unique school that has developed significantly over the past four years. As it looks ahead, the aim is to appoint a new Assistant Principal who will help in driving the school forward, with a strong focus on inclusive excellence.

All students at Lime Hills have an EHCP, with a primary focus on SEMH. The school takes its responsibility for each student very seriously, ensuring that staff are nurturing, trauma-informed, and maintain high expectations for all learners. As a relatively new school, this role offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the academy’s next stage of development.
