What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Principal to lead operations and help us grow.

This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about working in schools, supporting students from disadvantaged communities but looking to step away from the classroom.

We are particularly interested in a candidate’s commitment to continual and incremental improvement and in an unfaltering belief in the potential of every child. Whether you are an experienced leader or looking to develop your skill set, you will play a key part in the school’s development as we establish ourselves in our new home, grow our school and start our nursery provision.

Staff development is really important to us so we are looking for the right person and are willing to provide extensive training to ensure success in this role if new to leading operations.
