Assistant Principal job summary
Our Academy community continues to grow and as such we are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and ambitious colleague to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal.
You will play an active role in a highly collegiate and supportive team, whilst leading on raising standards across the Academy and ensuring assessment is a key tool in driving progress for all students.

Ormiston Endeavour Academy is an 11-16 secondary Academy situated in north-east Ipswich. As an Academy which has seen significant growth over the last two academic years, we take pride in the high levels of support, care and challenge we offer all of our students. Endeavour students are warm, welcoming and willing to push themselves to succeed. About you
Our students are hard-working, polite and eager to learn and we are looking for an individual who is proactive, flexible and able to communicate clearly and effectively across all platforms, maintaining high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour, contributing to whole school improvement, inspiring our students and making a positive contribution to our ethos and values.
You will have qualified teacher status and ideally an NPQSL qualification. You will have substantial secondary teaching experience and be an acknowledged outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage diverse groups of people.
