An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Richard Huish College Senior Leadership Team to appoint an Assistant Principal. We would be delighted to hear from ambitious leaders who share our values and who have an unswerving commitment to educational excellence for all learners. Candidates will have exceptional leadership, people management and motivational skills, as well as experience of and a passion for the transformational potential of the Post-16 sector.

At Richard Huish College we have a well-established set of values focused on working to ensure that all students achieve beyond their expectations through our provision of a broad and holistic educational experience. With a diverse curriculum - including A Levels, vocational courses, apprenticeships and adult provision - supporting all our students to achieve this ambition is a significant but exciting challenge.   The successful candidate for this position will be joining an experienced and able Senior Leadership Team, who share and place high value on the collective benefits of working collaboratively and who are dedicated to ensuring that every member of our college community reaches their potential both academically and personally.
