We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Ensure high quality CP and Safeguarding practices are embedded within the life of the academy
- Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of inclusion, being a champion for students from a wide range of groups such as pupil premium, SEND, EAL, SEMH etc.
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual
- A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
