What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an exceptional individual to operationally manage safeguarding caseload and support student welfare. As a result, there will also be a great deal of interaction with parents. You will also be DSL. We have introduced Positive Behaviour Support this academic year and are fully signed up to its values and ethos. We are looking to embed this across the whole school over the next two to three years. In this role you will work closely with the Deputy Principal and the Senior Leadership Team to embed the approach. This is laying the foundations of great practice. You will benefit from an enthusiastic and energetic team of leaders and staff, who are highly committed to “a quality life for all.”

What the school offers its staff
