We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of securing school improvement - someone credible, adaptable andable to apply their leadership to any aspect of school improvement. The breadth of the role is a genuine strength: you will turn your handwherever leadership is needed, providing modelling, coaching, guidance and targeted intervention to strengthen practice, systems and outcomes.
