At Consilium Evolve, we provide an innovative Alternative Provision for secondary-aged students experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), anxiety and other barriers to learning. We are seeking an exceptional SEND leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal and SENDCo, helping to shape a therapeutic, inclusive and ambitious provision where every student is known, valued and supported to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND professional to lead whole-school SEND provision, drive evidence-informed therapeutic practice and play a key role in the strategic development of our unique provision. You will work closely with students, families, therapists and external agencies to ensure outstanding outcomes for some of the most vulnerable young people in education.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced SENDCo with the National Award for SEN Coordination.
- Has a strong understanding of trauma-informed and relational practice.
- Can inspire and develop staff whilst championing inclusion and student wellbeing.
- Is committed to removing barriers to learning and ensuring every student can achieve their potential.
