Polam Hall School wish to appoint a forward thinking and enthusiastic Assistant Principal - Teaching and Curriculum, to commence in January 2027.

We seek a full time Assistant Principal to work as part of the Senior Leadership Team contributing to the strategic leadership of Polam Hall School. The role will report to the Vice Principal of Progress and Standards, and will manage the Cover Co-ordinators and a Senior School Head of Faculty.

You will work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team contributing to delivering the mission of the school. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, and develop high quality teaching and learning for all pupils throughout Polam Hall School. The role is also responsible for developing a high quality, carefully sequenced curriculum throughout Polam Hall School for all pupils.

The role takes responsibility for the Teaching and Curriculum elements of the School Improvement Plan and Self Evaluation, securing the achievement objectives. It also leads the development of teaching across the school to establish effective and evidence based approaches to teaching and learning in every subject and phase for all pupils.
