As an Assistant Senco you will be working closing with the SLT playing an instrumental part in ensuring every student reaches their full potential. You will primarily support our SENCO by assisting in the assessment, planning, and delivery of interventions for students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to ensure appropriate support is provided within the classroom, and contributing to the overall strategy for inclusive practices within the school.

  • Lead SEND reviews and maintain meticulous records.

  • Efficiently manage SEND paperwork and administration.

  • Build strong relationships with parents and outside agencies.

  • Actively contribute to meetings and foster a positive learning environment.

  • Supporting students with therapeutic, pastoral, and personal care needs.
