Starting salary: £34,237 (FTE: £29,947)

37 hours per week

Term Time + Inset (6 days)

(8.00am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 8.00am-3.30pm Friday with 30-minute lunch break)

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Assistant SENCO to support the in leading and developing high-quality SEND provision across the academy.

You will help identify and support pupils with additional needs, coordinate interventions and EHCP processes, work closely with staff, families and external agencies, and ensure students with SEND can thrive academically and personally.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience supporting pupils with SEND

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A commitment to inclusion and raising achievement

The ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals
