Assistant SENDCo job summary
We are looking to appoint an Assistant SENDCo to join our passionate and hardworking team at Elements Academy.
The role will focus on providing aspirational and positive outcomes for pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Working with the Director of SEND, you will support the operational direction and development of the SEND provision, providing advice and recommendations around academy provision to a range of stakeholders.
