Salary: MPS, £31,650 to £43,607 / UPS, £45,646 to £49,084 + TLR 2a £3,391

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality provision that supports the progress and inclusion of pupils with SEND, while contributing to the overall ethos and success of the academy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of targeted interventions to meet individual pupil needs, ensuring progress is effectively tracked and monitored.
  • Offer expert advice and support to colleagues across the Academy to improve teaching and learning for pupils with SEND, promoting inclusive practices.
  • Work closely with families and professionals to secure the right support for pupils and ensure high-quality provision.
  • Help manage the SEND register and provision map, ensuring records are up-to-date and that pupils’ needs are met.
