Stephenson (MK) Trust is a continually expanding organisation committed to supporting young people who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream primary and secondary provisions (Bridge Academy) and specialist secondary provision for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (Stephenson Academy). We provide inclusive education for young people with a range of educational and social needs in order to maximise and improve their life chances.
Through site expansion and a change of staffing, we are looking for 1 fixed term, fulltime Assistant Site Manager to support our Bridge Academy site in Fenny Stratford.
Assistant Site Manager
Salary: £27,269 to £31,586 per annum, 37 hours per week, Fixed Term (6 months). Salary dependant on qualifications and experience
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work across the year. Key responsibilities include general repairs to buildings and facilities, this may include some basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, minor electrical works and a variety of associated DIY skills. As part of the facilities team the post includes general caretaking duties, compliance with Health and Safety guidance and to be part of the key holding and security regime.
