What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Wellingborough Hub of Lion Academy Trust schools for an Assistant Site Supervisor with Mini Bus driver duties. Hours of work will be discussed during the interview - the role requires travel to all of our schools on a rotational basis, determined by the needs of the school, Headteachers and Operations Manager.
This is the position for you if you:
Are Flexible - Flexibility and a can-do attitude is a must. During term time you’ll be looking after booking requests and managing the booking software ensuring the safe & efficient running of our new minibus service. Transporting our children to & from events in a timely manner.
Also providing cover duties for schools for the Site Supervisor role - keyholding, security, porterage, escorting contractors, minor maintenance & repairs to equipment.
Have great communication skills - You will be able to communicate with all levels of staff in a professional & courteous manner at all times both face-to-face, via email & telephone too.
Be detail focused & diligent - You will take pride in completing all tasks to the best of your ability, being solution oriented whilst working within school policies and procedures.
