Assistant Sports Coach - Level 6 job summary

The St Bart’s Multi-Academy Trust, in partnership with Governors, staff and children of Whitchurch CE Federation, are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sports Coach to join our hard working and committed team.

In the best interest of our children we work very closely with our partner academies. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of caring, enthusiastic, dedicated teachers, who are well-supported by their Senior Leadership Team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

We are looking for an assistant sports coach who will:

- Work as a motivated team player to maintain high standards in PE

- Fully engage children in their learning and make a positive contribution to all aspects of school life

- Display a strong commitment to the planning and delivery of high quality PE and team-building experiences

- Have high expectations of children enjoying sport and physical activity

- Commit to coaching children in after-school clubs and competitions

- Build productive working relationships with local sports clubs and organisations.
