Are you ready to make a lasting impact on student culture and engagement? We are seeking a strategic and motivational Assistant Vice Principal to oversee Behaviour, Reward, and the House System, driving a positive and inclusive school environment.



About the Role

As Assistant Vice Principal, you will be at the forefront of shaping student behaviour and engagement, ensuring that every learner feels valued, motivated, and empowered to excel. You will lead initiatives that reinforce positive behaviour, celebrate achievements, and enhance the effectiveness of our House System to create a strong sense of belonging and competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Behaviour Management: Develop and implement a clear, effective behaviour strategy that fosters respect, responsibility, and resilience among students.
  • Reward & Recognition: Establish engaging reward programs that celebrate academic success, personal achievements, and contributions to the school community.
  • House System Leadership: Strengthen our House System, encouraging teamwork, healthy competition, and student pride through events, leadership opportunities, and cultural activities.
  • Staff & Student Engagement: Work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
  • Policy & Strategy: Lead policy development in behaviour and rewards, ensuring alignment with school values and national education standards.
