What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, inspiring and enthusiastic professional to join our Senior Leadership Team at an exciting time in the school’s history where provision in the Sixth Form continues to grow and flourish. The role is to provide proactive and strategic leadership combining a teaching role across the age and ability range with the strategic development of the school’s Key Stage 5 provision. You will have proven leadership experience and possess the energy, enthusiasm and dedication to drive forward rapid and on-going developments while achieving the best possible outcomes for all of our students. The ability to teach in one of the following subject areas would be an advantage: Business Studies, Design & Technology or Science. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual, who will help to shape the future of the school.
