What skills and experience we're looking for
The Associate Deputy Headteacher will be responsible for all matters relating to Pastoral, Inclusion, SEND and Alternative Provision to provide a positive, secure and values-led environment where each student has a sense of achievement, belonging and worth. They will ensure high quality specific provision for children who have SEN (including SEMH) needs to enable those students to thrive.Together with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher the post holder will contribute to school improvement and line management of senior leaders.
