What skills and experience we're looking for
Enhance Academy Trust is looking to appoint Associate Leaders (Trust Assistant Headteachers) to join our established team to support our primary academies across Wakefield, Kirklees and Barnsley. We are a growing and successful Academy Trust currently comprising of 16 primary academies.
We are especially keen to hear from experienced Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 practitioners who would like to further develop their leadership skills within a highly collaborative and supportive environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and highly motivated teachers with a proven track record of teaching to join a team of experienced and committed Trust leaders.
The successful candidates will be deployed into one of our schools on a full time basis. They will have responsibility for their own class and will also provide additional leadership capacity to the school.
