We are looking to appoint Associate Leaders (Trust Assistant Headteachers) to join our established team to support our primary schools across our Wakefield Hub.

We are especially keen to hear from experienced Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 practitioners who would like to further develop their leadership skills within a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for inspiring and highly motivated teachers with a proven track record of teaching to join a team of experienced and committed school and Trust leaders.

The successful candidates will be deployed into one of our schools on a full time basis as Assistant Headteacher to strengthen teaching and leadership. They will have responsibility for their own class and will also provide additional leadership capacity to the school. There will also be the opportunity for successful candidates to support colleagues in other Trust schools to develop high quality teaching and learning through coaching, team teaching and delivering CPD opportunities.
