Salary: Starting salary £40,435 gross annual salary/Non-teaching Pay-scale L40 - 43. This is a permanent position We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our leadership team as an associate member. You will be someone who can inspire the confidence of peers, staff, students and parents, and who can help us take the next step in our improvement journey. The Headteacher and senior leadership team have a strong sense of moral purpose and vision; you will enjoy the backing of a dedicated and supportive team who will value your contribution to the creativity and innovation of an exceptional team of staff.
