Hours of work: Monday 8:00am - 5:30pm/Tuesday - Friday 8:15am - 4:30pm. 40 weeks per year.
Salary: Starting salary £40,435 gross annual salary/Non-teaching Pay-scale L40 - 43.
This is a permanent position
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our leadership team as an associate member. You will be someone who can inspire the confidence of peers, staff, students and parents, and who can help us take the next step in our improvement journey.

St Cuthbert Mayne School is a Joint Roman Catholic & Church of England School that welcomes all students from across Torbay and South Devon regardless of their faith background. Our school community is made up of students and staff from Christian and non-Christian backgrounds who are respectful of our Christian ethos.

There are currently 900 on roll, including 133 students in the Sixth Form. The teaching accommodation is of mixed age but well-resourced and maintained.
