Associate Senior Leader/SENCO job summary

Are you passionate about SEND
provision across the secondary phase and also looking for your next leadership
challenge?

An opportunity has arisen for a
dynamic and ambitious Associate Senior Leader/SENCO. The role will provide an
excellent opportunity for an existing SENCO to work within a wider team and
alongside members of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be a consistently
effective classroom practitioner able to secure excellent outcomes for students
with additional needs and able to model this for others. We welcome classroom
teachers from any specialism and you will be required to teach an agreed
timetable. This may vary due to subject specialism and the variation of intake
of students and their needs.
