Job Title: Administration Assistant - Attendance
Actual Annual Salary: £21,523 - £23,460 (Based on hours and working weeks)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,136 - £27,398 (CLF Grade B). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only + Inset Days
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an Attendance Administration to join our supportive and talented team at Tewkesbury Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
About you:
You will have:
- excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to accurately maintain legal attendance records and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced educational environment.
- a proactive and analytical approach to monitoring student attendance, with the ability to identify patterns and initiate appropriate interventions in line with academy policy.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with academy staff, students, and families to promote a culture of high attendance and punctuality.
- a commitment to supporting student achievement, recognising the vital link between attendance and academic success.
