Inner London SC4/SC5 Point 18 (FTE £30,985) to Point 25.2 (FTE £35,812) Actual salary £26,532.43 to £30,665.78 depending on qualifications and experience.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Attendance & Admissions Officer who shares our commitment to supporting every learner’s journey. This vital role contributes to raising achievement by improving attendance and punctuality, supporting admissions, and working with families to overcome barriers to learning. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding, tracking persistent absence, and promoting a positive attendance culture across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to raising achievement by improving school attendance.
  • To provide a specialist service to assist the school in meeting their obligations and targets in relation to school attendance, especially persistent absence.

To promote positive attitudes by students and families towards education and to ensure that parents are made fully aware of their statutory responsibilities
