We are looking for a dedicated Attendance and Welfare Support Officer to join our pastoral team and play a crucial role in promoting student well-being and improving attendance across the school.

As an Attendance and Welfare Support Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring student attendance, identifying patterns of absence, and working closely with students, families, and external agencies to provide support and intervention where necessary. Your role will contribute significantly to ensuring all students have the opportunity to engage fully with their education.
