In this role, you will be a warm, steady presence for pupils and families, helping toensure that every child feels supported, included, and able to thrive. Guided by ourvalues of hard work, resilience, achievement, and kindness, you will help strengthenthe relationships that make West Park such a special place to learn and grow. You willidentify families needing early help, address persistent school absence, and deliverearly interventions to prevent families from reaching a point of crisis.
