About the Role:
As an Attendance Assistant you will provide administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in fulfilling our responsibility in our academy of improving and making attendance more sustainable for students, with the aim of improving attendance levels and reducing persistentabsence in line with Academy Targets.
Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the academy’s students and their parents/carers in a positive and proactive way is crucial, the successfulcandidate will also have to have strong communication skills as in this role there will be an expectation to update, inform and adviseacademy staff at all levels.
To be successful in this rewarding role, you will need to be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met.
