Attendance Champion and Admin Officer job summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Attendance Lead who believes, as we do, that every day in school matters. This is more than a data driven role - it’s about changing lives through building strong relationships, understanding individual stories, and removing the barriers that prevent children from attending. You will play a central role in shaping a culture where attendance is valued, supported, and celebrated by pupils, staff, and families alike.
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership and safeguarding teams to identify pupils who need support, lead meaningful interventions, and engage families with empathy and clarity. We are proud of our support-first approach and we’re looking for someone who can combine high expectations with genuine care - someone who can balance challenge with compassion and is confident in working with a range of stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for children.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact across a school community. If you are committed to improving attendance, strengthening safeguarding, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
