Role Summary
The successful candidate will complete administrative procedures for the school’s attendance function, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date. This is a crucial role that supports the overall efficiency of the school and helps to maintain a structured and orderly environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Managing attendance records and ensuring they are maintained accurately.
Implementing and monitoring administrative systems related to attendance.
Liaising with staff, students, and parents regarding attendance matters.
Providing general administrative support as required.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in general clerical/administrative work.
Experience in the operation of administrative systems.
Knowledge of school attendance procedures (desirable but not essential).
A knowledge of school student MIS systems (an advantage).
First aid training (desirable but not essential).

Essential Requirements
The role is covered by part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
